Case blade? & Robeson handle?

I found these today at flea market.

The Case XX blade fingernail slot is not on same side as main blade. Has it been replaced or is that normal on these small jacks?

The Robeson handle is a little different color ob each side. Do you think it was a replacement handle or just faded. It hard to see in pick but the front side is more white than other.

I think putting a nail nick on opposite sides was common practice.

Nothing wrong with the Robeson. Both handles appear faded, but that's Robeson jigging on both.
