Ah, to be young again! Congratulations on 22 years! Day after Christmas anniversary is probably interestin'. Miss Joy and I have a similar age difference, she being about 17 months older than me, we have a lot of fun with the age difference :) , she's always telling me to "respect your elders". Hope you and Tiffany have many more anniversaries!

The only boat I ever had was 45 years ago and it was a real piece of junk. The boat in that picture belonged to the guide that Tom and I hired for the first day on the lake. (you can see the guide trying to get into the picture) The other two days, we used Tom's boat. My old Marine Corps buddy Tom is the fisherman. I just went along for the ride and got lucky.

Rob, the guide was trolling with a rod out on each side of the boat. One of the rods hooked that fish and the rod was handed to me, "Here, reel this in.". So I did. For me, that's not really catching fish but they gave me credit for it anyway.

Good to "see" ya. You don't get around much these days.

I love the wintertime woods, the colder and snowier the better!

Went out for a little ramble this evening, temps hovering around 0 degrees with blustery winds and blowing snow. Had to test out my new Stormy Kromer I got for Christmas! Have been wanting one for a while now... good quality American made headgear, cotton wool blend with earflaps that pull down to keep the ears warm. Essential gear for those of us that are "follically challenged"!
