An unfamiliar tang stamp need some help

I was given three well used folders as a gift; an old Remington 2 blade pen, a Cattaraugus MOP small jack and a small half congress as shown below. The blades are mostly gone but here are two pictures of the only marking on the knife. Looks like WARA then Cutlery underneath that. Ring any bells for anyone?

How about WABASH CUTLERY? Looks like a "B" rather than an "R" on the 1st line. Wabash Cut. Co. Terre Haute, IN (c. 1921-35)
