Good afternoon from Bay Medical/Sacred Heart hospital located on the Redneck Rivera in Panama City. Miss Joy brought her laptop again so I could "check-in" with y'all today. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers! All is going pretty well, I've made a couple of laps around the hall earlier today with a walker. Then after a "wonderful" dinner, the therapist came and we made another lap and climbed a full flight of stairs. I'm having to reprogram my self which leg to lead off with. Not sure when the doc is going to let me get back to Starvation Plantation......He just walked in and said I we can go home ::ds:: . Now it'll take the nurses an hour or so to get the paper work ready but I'll have my jeans on just as soon as I can hit the submit button ::tu:: . Headin' home sure sounds good, the torturers will probably be at the house on Friday to start therapy, very similar to the knee exercises. Cath y'all later.

Just went back with a thankful heart and reread all the prayers and good wishes y'all have offer up for me and it's such a great feeling to have special knife friends scattered around the world! We've only had the pleasure to meet Dale (Orvet) personally, done a little business with several of y'all, but it is a privilege to get acquainted with "good ol boys" that really seem to care about each other ::handshake::!
TJ you're right about that, we can still "heal up and hair over" pretty quickly with the Lord's help!

Phil, your attittude and the quick recovery you seem to be on track for is an encouragement to my wife who is having her hip replaced right arter New Years. I'm still praying all goes well for both of you. Dave
