Five Star Buffet
My Grandson bought the Snap-on. I bought the Milwaukee and my Wife bought the Kershaw Kuro. They each have their own tool box to live in.

There's no maker's mark. My guess is Kershaw because all the markings and packaging look exactly like a low end Kershaw. The blade steel and liner are China's 7CR17MoV which is their equivalent to 440A. It's a liner lock with stainless stand offs and G10 scales. It's pretty solid. I know some of the Kershaw's Wal Mart's selling are using the 7CR17MoV instead of 8CR13MoV = AUS8. That's how they keep the price down. You don't know this until you cut the clam pack open.
The Kuro pictured above is 8CR13MoV. The liner lock looks the same as the Snap-on set up as well.

Well, even if it is a far eastern concoction, that orange on white is quite attractive and it works well with the black blade. (Jeez, I sound like an interior decorator here.)

It does look good. My grandson said he bought it at advanced auto for $14. He said they had another one with a 2 1/2 inch blade for $12 and a key chain knife that's allot like a Gerber concoction for $6. I really think Snap-on bit off some of the cost just to get their logo out there. The key chain knife is in this picture with the rest of the mess.

Waz, Snap-On put their logo on a LOT of knives. I have a couple of Kershaws with the Snap-On logo and have seen a bunch more.

I saw a snap-on knife today that had the pocket clip that looked like a box end wrench. Cool look.

They put that on Kershaws. I have a Kershaw Chubby (made in Japan) that has that pocket clip (reason I bought the knife) and a Kershaw Half-Ton that has that clip (also the reason I bought the knife). I think there were one or two other Kershaws with that clip but can't remember right now.
