Anybody for a threesome!!!!

Post by sunburst »

Well receiving three knives is what I meant...  , what did you think I meant... ::tounge::

I can honestly say that today was not one of the happiest days in my life. I got a call at 4:30 am this morning that my Aunt had just passed away (The only one I have ever known) and then the sad news about Roger. When life comes at you make sure your buckled up...

But I did receive three great looking knives I have been wanting for a very long time. I kinda held back on anything for Fathers Day and a recent Birthday because I wanted only certain kinds of knives. My lovely bride was excited for me as I found the two Case Samplers and said go ahead and enjoy your gifts.. ::tu::

I searched high and low for Case/Bose Collaboration knives that I did not have and were affordable (Not really possible when it comes to these particular knives) and I found the truly impossible to find Abalone Cotton Sampler and Pearl Cotton Sampler after much search and I mean lots of looking... ::nod::

The little Fight'N Rooster in stag is one I have admired for some time from other folks posting and it really does not say but I classify this one as a form of Cotton Sampler as well... ::tu:: :)

Sad day indeed. Sorry for your loss Ralph. I hope your aunt was "buckeled up", as I know Roger was.

Those are some sweet samplers, congrats Ralph!

Take care all..........................

That's a threesome that won't cost nearly as much as another kind would eventually! Sure are beauties.
I guess the F/R folks call that one a gunstock cotton sampler.
(And serial no. 1 on top of it all!! Good catch)

I guess I'm still stuck on this threesome thing because I found myself partying with these three today as they made it in the mail..

Here is the Case/Tony Bose Collaboration knife in the Dog Leg Jack in Antique Bone, Stag and Abalone. As always they are in ATS-34 Steel.. ::nod::
