REPLACING HANDLES ON CASE TESTED XX FISHING KNIFE??

Post by MWKNIFECOLL »

I HAVE A CASE TESTED XX FISHING KNIFE WITH OUTGASSED YELLOW CELLULOID HANDLES. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THEM REPLACED? WILL THE CASE CO. DO IT? IS IT ADVISABLE ON THIS KNIFE? ITS A GREAT KNIFE WITH GOOD SNAP. IM GUESSING IT HAD A HOOK SHARPENER ON IT ALSO WHERE IT IS OUTGASSED. IT SEEMS A SHAME TO LEAVE IT THE WAY IT IS. ANY IDEAS? ::shrug::

if you send to case, they will replace the handles with new material and new glued on shield.

If the handles are still on the knife get them off, they will destory the liners and blades.

what stockman said. Then I would call up case, I doubt they have any yellow cell, but they can probably put yellow delrin on it.
