It's the real deal, alright. It's a Spyderco Spin and it is stamped Seki City, Japan, Spyderco, VG-10, and has a spider etched on the front of the blade (which is hard to see in my photo). I still have the original box it came in too.

Thing is...now that I've "rediscovered" it and resurrected it from the depths of my vault...I remember why I bought it in the first place...it's just a darn cool little knife! I see it is listed on BladeHQ for $89.95 (out of stock) http://www.bladehq.com/item--Spyderco-S ... teel--5106 I don't know if Spyderco even makes it anymore.
