Glennbad is the BADDEST!

Post by Cutty »

When I say the baddest, I mean awesome.

I recently received my modded Robeson (TL-29 Electricians Knife)

I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
Before and after shots.

Thanks so much Glenn. This thing is great ::ds::

You could name that knife Cinderella - what a transformation - superb work! OH

Very nice! I have a few of Glenn's tl-29 mods too. If you like yours half as much as I like mine you're a happy camper.

That really is an amazing transformation...I especially like the addition of the sheepfoot blade. However, without the screwdriver blade it seems to me that it's no longer really an electrician's knife per se (not that it matters, but it does put it in a completely different category, at least from a collecting standpoint, doesn't it?). So, what would you call this new hybrid? Just curious.

If I am not mistaken I believe I saw bags of Marine Corps shields on ebay yesterday during a Schrade search, along with tons of other knife parts, probably from the Schrade auction back in '04. Lots of different shields, pins, shackles, etc., etc.

Now that Glenn has cleared his roof from the snow and the igloo encasing his shop has started to melt, he was fianlly able to get back to what he does best, turning ugly ducklings into beautiful contemporary pieces of artistic cutlery. After battling Mother Nature for the past 6 months to keep the roof of his house from collapsing under the weight of the snow, he was at long last able to carve out a tunnel to get to his workshop and finish up my wharncliffe Copperlock mod, turning it from plain old yellow delrin into rugged gnarly stag that just exudes character. Glenn is not a mediocre man nor a mere mechanic by any means...he truly is an inspired and talented artist; part magician, part mad scientist. I just know that I want to be on his team if/when he begins his quest for world domination.
