Utica Kutmaster "Boy Scout" Knife
Another joker that likes to put shields on knives that never had one.
Not to mention that this was never a Boy Scout Knife to begin with. I believe that this is an old Campfire Girls knife from the 1940's that now has a 1960's or newer Boy Scout shield. The knife would have originally had a blade etch only. Terrible job mounting it as well.

The shield is from an Ulster Boy Scout knife.
