ENDED Wounded Warriors Auction #13-Camillus TL-29 Mod

Post by zp4ja »

UP for auction here on AAPK with 100% of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). Bid high and hard please.

Our soldiers need our help!

This beautiful knife was donated by Glenn aka member Glennbad.

Here we have a a nice mod done by Glennbad. No idea as to year but it is a Camillus TL-29 that has been moded to add some nice stag slabs and a lower bolsters. The screwdriver blade had been modified also into a THICK spined sheepsfoot. Beautiful knife and nice pics by Glenn. Looks like a fine workhorse of a knife to me and a looker to boot! Glenn asked that I handle the auction/funds and he will ship the knife to the winning bidder. Glenn has also offered to put in an EO notch if the winner wants one!

Please bid high as you all have my word that every penny will go to the WWP. I am a man of my word if nothing else.

Just post your bid with a reply to this thread. Auction will run thru Sunday, September 28th, until 5PM PST. The last/highest $ bid entered by post reply @ 4:59PM on said date is the auction winner.

Sorry, I do not do PayPal, so cash, check or Postal Money Order will the required form of payment. If you absolutely have to do PayPal, I will try to work something out with a buddy that has it but no guarantees so please PM me if that is condition on bidding or not. You can also make a check out to "Wounded Warrior Project" and send it to me if you prefer that route. This may even qualify for a tax deduction but you would need to consult your tax preparer to be sure.

Please donate a knife for this effort if you can.

Thanks for your help and support. Regards, Jerry

A very generous bid, Mike!

In an effort to maybe encourage more bids on this knife, I am prepared to throw in a free knife mod for the winner, if they wish. It can be your knife, or maybe something I have on hand, with whatever materials I have in stock.

::ds:: Well alright! Lucky me...can't wait to get ahold of this beauty...that thick ol' sheepsfoot was calling my name.
Big thanks to Glenn for putting this one up, and to Jerry for putting it all together...and of course to our Wounded Warriors who have made such huge sacrifices for the rest of us...Semper Fi fellas.
