Here's my stab in the dark. The jigging and coloration on the stamp side and the pile side vary quit a bit. Soooo
aside from what the other fellers stated I think that the majority of the mark and pile side of the scales in general have been patched.

3 all around the front pins. the obvious one is just ahead of the button the other two are about 1/2" long on the rear handle at the front pins one by each pin

I like your conservative approach on restoring the handles of this knife Kaleb , (one of my favorite patterns ) it sure is a better chioce IMO than to replace them with something else ........ and you did a fine job
