More questions than answers!
A couple of pages back I compared this Schrade (below) with a Belknap, thinking Schrade made them like they made so many other Belknap patterns. Now I'm not so sure. I am beginning to think Utica made all of them, like the black handled ones a few posts above this one!
Look at this comparison shot, and tell me what you think!!
Don't forget to click twice on the picture.

The never-ending thread!
Dale you have created a monster here!! And I can't help but feed it
!
I've been coon-fingering and chicken-eyeing all my older pre-1980's Case Barlows. I found an old article about who made them, in an old NKCA magazine, and so organized these in groups, to determine who made them. So far Camillus and Utica-Kutmaster are likely on some, but I will post info as it arises.
Since I made the pictures, and there is a rumor you-all like to look at knife pictures, here they are; four pics in this post, and four in the next;

I can't remember if I have shown this one before or not. Forgive me if I already have.

Charlie,
You have quite a CASE of Barlows!
Not a bad CASE, just a big CASE.
Nice collection!

I was a big bad Case collector for a while, Dale. Obsessed really, but I have definitely slowed down! Now I look at them and find interesting details; it's one of the good things about having multiple samples. You get to find the detail changes. Apparently, Camillus made a number of them. Pete Cohan is "chicken-eyeing" them for me.
