Fit and finish is very good I would say....on par with most Gerbers and Kershaws imo. The knife was
only $50 so it's no Benchmade but it operates really well and is very tight.
zp4ja wrote:Trevor, not personally a fan of that style folder, not my thing but that is a really
good looking knife.
Thanks....I find the assisted openers very handy and do like the scales on this particular model. My
collection won't ever be overtaken by this type of knife, but the convenience is hard to beat.

Gino my friend, sweet 92! I will venture to say knowing you that you will really like carrying that knife.
Is that a straight USA or dotted? Either way beautiful knife and great carry. I do enjoy carrying mine. The pen blades on those damn things are pretty beefy for sure.

EDIT: MORE LIKELY a 6232. OOPS! They look pretty close. Hard to tell at first with no size reference in the pic.

A couple of comps today...

I had all the usual knives when I got dressed this morning.
Right now the Thermite is in my pocket. The edge is somewhat fragile.
From the tip back about 1/2 inch it'll never be quite the same.
I gotta get some better steel than 3CR13!!!!

Like a lot of their cheaper blades the Thermite is made in China.
I like ZT Knives but I can't afford them.
The Kershaw Knockout (The Green one is COOL!) is US made and has better steel.
