NICE knives Lyle! Congrats.
A pocket knife is still an intimate personal possession of the individual who carries it and consequently deserves the best of materials, finish and workmanship in its production. (Quoted from Boker's 1928 cutlery catalog).

Re: Farmer's Jacks
Thanks to all who've viewed (2) Rogers
,Dimitri,Rob,John,Dave,Mike( Mike Losiccio's helped me locate and donated some),and Perry.
Here's the OVB(Hibbard Spencer Bartlett) that I think is a NYK,somewhat because of the bone, but mostly because of the shape of the spey. Also knowing NYK made HSB knives. The spey on the NYK has an exaggerated swell on it's tip, which I really like.

This is a Wester Bros that I think came from their store display in NY. It is a little sun bleached on the mark side, otherwise superb.Anchor and star logo on the pile sides.

Another NYK Hammer Brand French ivory with the help of whitebuffalo.
The handles were loose and I tried to fix them and ruined them.Robb took an old French ivory tray and fixed my goof. Thanks Robb and great job.

Lyle, more gorgeous knives but that HSB OVB is the bee's knees.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Farmer's Jacks
Here's one I have been looking for ,albeit ,it has a lot of wear.It has been quite the elusive Schrade, and I'm tickled to find one in any condition.
An S7303 Schrade Cut rooster comb with the flat blades .The rooster comb blade can be used as a bark loosener. The bark loosener has jimping on the underside of the tang for a thumb rest while using the top of the blade (opposite the cutting edge)to open the bark.

Re: Farmer's Jacks
My newest addition, thanks to C Noyes,he found it for me,as others have done.. Charlie tell your wife I appreciate the time she allows you on the computer.
I like this knife, and you were right ,it's nicer than I thought at first too. The crack and tiny flake missing are almost imperceptible.
Maher and Grosh. I don't know who made it yet,but it looks similar to the Camillus and the K & B Cutsure,at least the bone does...? I don't have all my knives at the present, will confer as much as possible later.I have another to show shortly, maybe two( TJ) ,I hope.

Re: Farmer's Jacks
That's a good pickup Lyle. Maher & Grosh is my favorite brand. They had knives made by many of the old firms.Lay it out by your other known knives and you will figure it out.

Re: Farmer's Jacks
Thanks Mike R ,Roger C,John K for looking and posting.
I've been waiting also to post this unusual and precious knife of mine.It was a gift from my good friend custom knife maker John Lloyd.John has an extraordinary amount beautiful handle materials for sale.I'd venture to say, much more nice handles than any other material supplier.
I was waiting for the last pearl whittler auction of Voyles before posting this knife. It's sister was in that auction and we thought they ought to be reunited.
I got it's sister, not only that, but Mike Losicco gave me it's older brother, how I'm blessed with good people for friends.
I now may have the largest collection of Clements shadow farmers whittlers in the world!! I have an assumption they may have been made by Sheffield cutlers named Mills,Willis and Earnest. The fellows from UK may correct or confirm this I hope.
This is one of my resources from our very own Wellington.
