not sure of the year, dont really want to disturb the knives I see some dots, out of a defunked sporting goods store about 15 years ago

It's a great board, jake! The close-up is a little blurry; can you try a pic with natural light, and no flash? It would be nice to see the tangs a bit. If the "S" in Case on the tangs is rounded, they are late 70's. If they have "lightning" Ss, they are 80's knives.

That board is from the fall of 1982 - Case put them together for the reintroduction of those 9 patterns in delrin handles and SS blades. The 9 patterns had previously been made in smooth bone handles but those were discontinued in early 1982.
