Received this Utica knife to day.Is there any way of telling the age. The tang reads: Utica Cutlery Co Utica Ny Made in USA.It has steel liners and brass pins holding the handles.(Sorry about the first picture )

I wish that there was more information on UTICA Cutlery. I would say though, based on the can opener, that the knife is pre WWII, probably some time in the 30's. In 1937 UTICA used the Kutmaster tang stamp but no one says if they ever discontinued the UTICA Cutlery stamp.

Those old UTICAs really have some beautiful jigged bone handles
