::handshake:: Thank you Producer! I bought that Chinese Sowbelly by mistake but it holds an edge so nicely. I am not a fan of Chinese knives but that one keeps me thinking..... ::hmm::

@royal0014: The lizard was so nice to hold still while I shot the pic!

Long time, no postie...

Stepped away from the keyboard during Lent and didn't come back. Got a nudge the other day.

Same carry as pretty much always. Opinel #9 in RFP. Leatherman Micra in LFP. Both have seen use already and its not even 9:30.

One of these has been on my list since I failed to buy one when they were readily available. Last one in stock at an area gunshop, bought it yesterday, carrying it today. OH

Ps. I stopped at two gunshops in Morehead City NC yesterday; both had fresh stocks of Buck knives, several models, and they were stocked in depth for small gunshops - all the models I noticed were USA made - it was good to see that.

That's awesome, Ken. Do you think she could be the one?

I've been carrying this trapper for over a year now. Honestly it feels weird carrying any other knife solo. If I do carry another one it's always piggybacking with the trapper. ::smirk::

Dave I'm with you on the whittler. Just recently started a new job and it's been my EDC during the week. Thought I'd switch it up for the weekend so the Schrade Cut Co is in the LFP (no change in that pocket.)

RFP still has the trusty Royal Brand Scout.

Remington's itchin' to get back in the rotation.

-I've gotten burned a couple times on GEC's that had crooked blades, there are a few dealers on eBay who won't sell to me because I have asked that the knife I'm going to buy be checked by the dealer to make sure the blade is not bent over and is parallel to the spine when open. Some will. I won't buy one without the personal inspection being done.

They bend the blades to fit in the well nicely and not rub against the liners or other blades, but my thinking is if they have to go to the extremes I've actually seen on what I've paid for, the particular blade should not have been used at all.

The worst I got came directly from GEC.
