New York Knife jack

Here is a NYK knife for sale on the bay that does not look right.

Jigging does not look like NYK.
Pen blade will normally be in front of master on a NYK jack.
Handles and frame look well worn and blades are full, not a good sign.
Stamps are not square on letter ends and look very round.

Nothing about this knife other than the bad looking stamps tells me this is a New York Knife product.

Any other thoughts?

I agree with you regarding the stamping. I have never seen one, pre 1931, that boldly stamped nor with the rounded corners. Never seen one with jigging like that either. The one thing that strikes me even more odd is the master blade. I suppose they may have had one like that but... The clip blade looks very odd for NYKC. I have never seen one with a profile like that nor without some kind of pronounced swedging. I looked in all my references and cannot find anything even close. BH

I agree with the comments...to me it looks identical to a Queen jack, fairly common Queen pattern. The bone handles do look like older bone though.
