Can anyone confirm if this is factory? CASE XX

Guy has this on the bay and is on the second run. He said if it didn't sell the second time that he would let me make an offer. The more I look at it, I can't decide if I think this came from the factory like this? All the knives seem to match but I have never seen this display with knives in it (only empty ones) Anyone know????

Hi it may be factory but someone has moves the knives around a bit. The stickers look like them might have the product code numbers - if those could be matched to the knives that may indicate that it was put together at the factory.
