Wanted replacement clip blade or donor knife
with decent clip.. Book shows it to have a
BIG OLE swoop or curve to the spine.

Dave, What would be the original length of the clip blade?? How long is the knife closed?.

Tom . . the knife its-self is a handful..
almost 4 1/2"......

if i measure from the hinge pin to
what looks like the end of the clip well
(or what shud be the tip of a full blade,
its bout 3 7/8"...
the current blade for comparison by pic
is 3 3/16 (from hinge pin to tip) ...
hope ive measured in way
ya can understand ma data..

Dave, I have a tested blade but it is longer and I believe the tang is too wide. When I compare it to my rail splitter blade 99 pattern,it is much larger. Mine may be for a 65 pattern. Sorry but I don't think it will work. I do lke your knife though and hope you find one that will work.
