The second word looks like Product .It looks more like a award stamp you see on products than a tang stamp.We will see if any one has a better idea.I hate to see a unanswered question.

Can you post a picture of the knife? What is at the very top of the mark?
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
