Can anyone tell me who the maker or embelisher is on this Springer Auto. Any help would be appreciated.

I can see "Springer" on one of the bolsters which leads me to believe that it was made by Wilhelm Weltersbach Solingen. They made autos under the brand name "Weidmannsheil".
