Union Cutlery and later marked KA-BAR knives are well made and they used some attractive bone handles over the years.

Those are great, Dimitri!! I didn't know Kabar made any of those choppers, very cool!!
Here's a couple of the T-29's. There are subtle differences in the two, one marked stainless the other not, one also has the T-29 imprint on the handle. You should recognize one of these.

Love that chopper Dimitri! Here's a few from my accumulation:


A folding fish knife with scissors,etc.
A couple of L.L.Bean folders made by KA-BAR.
A 2 blade jack with saber ground spear point blade and black comp scales.
A couple of rigger's knives.
A mess o fish knives in different sizes;the T-45 is the unusual one.
An early Dog's Head K&F marked Union Cutlery Co.
A Union Cutlery Co marked fish knife with steel liners & bolsters.
A KA-BAR floating fish knife.
And last but not least a Dog's head locking folding hunter.

Here's a couple of fixed blades(the two middle knives in the pic).One is marked,"OLCUT" and the wodden handle is jigged to simulate bone.The other is marked Union Cut Co and has a thistle shaped ebony handle.The blade has a faint etch that says Dardevle. Looked it up once but don't remember what it stands for.

I am on Kathy's PC now, and found some more pics. This eating set, has a different box yet, than Monks or MB's. The box is in sad shape, and the knife is great except for a chip that must have been from being dropped.
