In a short response I think it's fake.

The long response is:

1) It looks like an obvious rehandle.
2) The front bolster should probably have the angled taper (looking from either the top or bottom of the knife.)
3) I think it's too long for any Case frame in the Coke Bottle pattern.
4) The rear bolster seems too long.
5) Not sure I've ever seen a Coke bottle pattern by Case with a spear blade.
6) Blade may be authentic but from another pattern.
7) Seems like the pins should be brass and not NS.

Disclaimer:

I am by no means an expert on Case knives but these are my observations.

Would like to know what everyone else thinks.

Very preliminary and not a detailed read (for whatever that is worth) until I have time to do so...

I am not saying real, cobbled total fake or otherwise until I have time to fully read as I said.

I just want to point out that the knife is, or is intended to be, a CASE TESTED 61213 pattern, not an 050 pattern. The 61213 had a spear blade and measured in at 5-3/8". Seller states 5-7/16". Maybe a mis-measure, maybe not. Not an expert but the 61213 is not a common CASE pattern.

All I am saying is CASE made a knife similar to that in the pattern I stated. Just wanted to point that out in case someone is accessing the posted knife for consideration in the full knife read.

Maybe a 31213 pattern that the celluloid handles went bad on. Although I don't see the usual corrosion line on the blade (above the frame where the steel may have been exposed to out gassing). Looks like a good knife with brand new handles.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Jigging on the bone looks European, and I like it,but I wouldn't want it on my Case Tested.
