Ken, that's one of the reasons that always made me shy away from one bolsters, I am gonna give this one a try though.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Probably half the reason I bought it from Barry about a year ago. Thanks Gino, I thought well this is a shield I hadn't seen GEC do before, so I jumped on it. The liner lock was an added bonus.

I was carrying a CRKT assist open, now I carry an SOG. It is much lighter and easier to carry.

Not a good pic, but today it's this little 3 9/16 bone scaled Western Boulder, Colorado stockman. It's a dandy little edc with the pen instead of a Spey. And sharp too!

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
GEC is repairing/rehandling my #23 Pioneer right now in Primitive bone. It was originally done in Buffalo horn and it began to pull away from the liners. Chris emailed me last week to say that Bill thought if they rehandled in horn, it might pull apart again. They gave me some options and I went with the bone. Should be a doooosey! Sorry, I'm just excited to see it.
