Benchmade Bushmaster Designed by Siebert
I picked one of these up last week. I was in Sportman's Warehouse in Casper Wy. and noticed it in the case. Been wanting a good fixed blade. Hope I made a good chouce. Made of S30V steel. Any one have any experience?

Art I'd sure like to see a picture of your knife if you could post one.

I would not speculate on "value" in terms of money, as that is relative to YOU, but I would feel confident that the knife in the advertisement is well designed, well executed, and should last a lifetime.

S30V is really good steel & Benchmade is a really good company.
I have a Buck Vantage Pro folder with S30V steel and it holds an edge really well.
I would think the Benchmade would be an excellent knife.

Thanks for the link. That's a serious looking knife. I wouldn't mind taking it along on my next adventure. Looks like it's well equiped to get some work done.

Great knife but I found the handle blocky and uncomfortable. This my opinion however, your mileage may vary.

To me the palm swell is too high and the tail is too thin. I also found the blade cut into the liner of the sheath.
