I can't say much for the photography on the 50 pattern but the knife itself looks alright from what I can make out.

I don't see anything about the 50 pattern coke bottle that makes me suspicious. It looks right to me. The canoe is terrible. "Tested red bone".........let's think about what's wrong with that statement.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Coke bottle was fine (I bid on it).

Canoe = POS

Amazing price it went for.

I started second guessing myself on the coke bottle after I made the post. Them funky photos didn't help for sure.

New to this guys, can you tell me, exactly what does "Case Tested" mean? Is the dude claiming he sent it to Case and had it verified, and if so, is that option available to the general public? I have a collection of a dozen or so older Case pocket knives that were my Dad's, and I have spent the last 3 days trying to figure out what they might be worth and my head is ready to explode.

Case Tested refers to the blade stamping with the words "Case Tested XX" incorporated in it. In vintage Case knives this represents a time frame of 1920 to 1940.
