2 contract knives

I swear, I am not even going to look on ebay for as long as I can
but these may be my last two and I would like to know exactly what I have
I know E C Simmons had knives made by Walden and they purchased Walden sometime around 1911
then they had knives made by Winchester after the merger, in 1922, but Winchester purchased Eagle and Napanock Knife co's I think
then in 1929 Simmons and Winchester split. so this knife may be made by someone else 1929 to 1940 when simmons sold out to Shapleigh who used the keen kutter keystone. I am thinking this knife is 1929 to 1940, made by who?
the other one looks like a Ulster
I have never seen this tang stamp before, but I am sure my Mentors have

Your second knife was probably made by the Schrade/Ulster/Imperial consortium for Trustworthy Hardware Stores. Appears to be a very nice example.

Mickey, I am new to keen kutter knives, but recently I bought a book called"keen kutter pocketknives" by Alvin Sellens. On page 131, I believe is a picture of your exact knife. Info reads as this... "K7755 (late) black celluloid handle, 3 1/8 inch, 1 spear and 1 pen, nickel silver bolster, 1917 thru 1934. Hope this helps, Tim
