Antique Dagger
A friend of mine has this old dagger and I was wondering if any one knew anything about it.

If you do a search for the word Baalbeck you will find it is located in the Beqaa Valley in Lebanon so now we know where it originated.I did a quick search of a couple books I have and it doesn't have a specifically named dagger from that area.Hard to tell from the pictures it's size and general shape.A couple of good closeups would help.
