Bremen Germany Pocket Knife GEBR. HIEF SOLINGEN on blade

Trying to get some info on this pocket knife.

I know there are similar Bremen pocket knives, but those commemorate the North German Lloyd (ss BREMEN) steam ship.

Looks like a souvenir knife of the city of Bremen. Bremen is located in north-west Germany. This is what Wikipedia says about it:
