Re: Where Are All The Remington Knife Collectors?
Nice vintage Remington finds guys!
Here's my most recent find; an R6103 half congress in bone with rat tail(?) bolsters. It's right at 3" with a pretty decent etch still remaining. If it's been sharpened it hasn't been sharpened much.

Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!

Re: Where Are All The Remington Knife Collectors?
MB, among many of my beloved knives, collecting Remington knives has become a passion for me. I have one or two older Remingtons but my focus at present are the reproduction Remington knives from 1982 to present. So far I have accumulated the 1987 Fish knife through to the 2000 Navigator. When I get the chance I will post the photos. My ultimate plan is to finish the 1980's and move to 2001-present, then backfill with older Remingtons and special event knives.
Stay tuned. Rocky

MB that little R7945 is an awesome knife. It is so solid in construction I've never seen one quit like this with regard to the super heavy brass liners...just amazing older knives.

Re: Where Are All The Remington Knife Collectors?
Got a new knife display case and a few new knives to put in her.
The display is a Butler rounded glass small curio that can sit as is or be hung on a wall. If hung on the wall it has some ornate wood scroll similar to the top of the case that can be reattached to the bottom. The newer knives are as follows; Remington Nehi knife, Remington Carton knife cutter,( on top), various bandit knives by Camillus, a few advertisement penknives, Remington office knife and a few others. I'm certified nuts over the vintage Remington knives...well my wife says so anyway!

Darn Edgy, that is fantastic! Great find. Love the bolsters and the overall shape. How big is it?
By the way MB I love that old red cattle at the top of the page, it is sweetness.
Rocky, great collection, thanks for sharing them.
