Green pick bone Camillus 72!

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

Green pick bone Camillus 72!

Post by Colonel26 »

Fresh from the Glennbad custom shop! Here she is! It was my first 72. It was in good enough shape to make a first rate user. Then Glenn came singing his siren song (thank you Glenn).

Now it's a beautiful masterpiece in old school cool green bone. I like it a lot.

Now Glenn has always been a first rate workman, always. But this one tops them all! Not a speck of light coming through anywhere. Fit and finish to rival the best.

She's a dandy and I'm proud to own it!

There's something you can be proud of Cuz. Great pattern plus great workmanship equals a real heritage piece. Congratulations to you, plus congratulations to Glenn on another job well done.

Thanks guys, I knew y'all would like it. Glenn is awesome, and yes sir it'll make a great trouser knife.

Today in the mail came this one and a really good condition old 69 pattern. As much as I live the 69 pattern it hasn't gotten any attention with this 72 in the house.

Glenn thank you so very much. You da man!

Hey Cuz. That's too bad because that 69 is a fine piece on it's own.

Thanks guys! I love the 72 pattern, and I have done some decent ones. The material used really makes or breaks the mods. I try to get a little better with each one.

I don't know why they call that green bone, it sure looks kinds brown to me... ::shrug::

Here's a few more pics I had...

The pictures are beautiful. But they don't do it justice.
