32203 and 32183 Cattaraugus. Not too many pearl cattle knives. The 32183 even has FOR CUTTING FLESH ONLY on the spey blade.

Nice JACKNIFEBEN. The cattle knife is such a great pattern, I have been looking for one in MOP fore a while. That is a beautiful example, thanks for sharing it.

Heres an old Humason & Beckley 1853-1916 with cattle horn scales. It seems that H&B frequently used the bomb shield and to good effect I might add.

Utica Cattle Knife In Pearl

Hard to find - a full size heavy built cattle knife with genuine pearl handles. Utica 1910-1930 era. This one is listed in my AAPK store.

Found this older H. Boker & Co's 3 blade Cattle Knife at a gun show in Oregon. 3 5/8" Closed, tight and snappy.....the quality on this one is quite impressive. The price was very low and it is probably the nicest vintage knife I looked at on my trip. Saw quite a few knives, mostly junk and worn out or way overpriced......but had a good time looking.

Speaking about ebony, this one has it all. Ebony handles with a round shield that Cattaraugus used to designate that the knife had a punch blade. Then the spey blade is stamped FOR CUTTING FLESH ONLY. Then the 32206G tang stamp on the back of the spear blade. Not real pretty but still one of my favorites.

GREAT looking old H. Boker cattle knife! First one of those I've actually seen with ebony handles. Congrats.
