camillus #72(1946-47) on ebay

The Camillus Cutlery Company was one of the oldest knife manufacturers in the United States with roots dating back to 1876. The company manufactured Camillus branded knives and was a prolific contractor for other knife brands up until its last days in 2007 when the company filed for bankruptcy.

...anyone on aapk pick up the mint(except for small tarnish mark on coping bade)-1946-47 Camillus #72 that just sold for $179.00?????....beautiful knife!!!!..but as mickey newbury said "might as well be the moon"......... :shock: ..............

I have that one on my watch list. Could tell it was going to go for a wad of money but $179.01 ????? :shock: ::uc::

There was a bone handled Camillus 69 that went off tonight for $131.51. :shock: :shock:

I was watching that one . I was also watching a Schrade 863 that went for $22.01.I think I know the buyer of that one.

Tommy -- Get all of yours polished up and you could call them mint and sell them for that kind of money. :mrgreen:
