Now that made me think... :shock:
I think this in not RIGHT.
We can learn how to make pipe bombs by watching TV.
We learn how to smoke dope by watching TV.
We learn that abortion's are OK by watching TV.
And ON, and ON, and ON.

But a BOY SCOUT KNIFE is a weapon ???
