Is this thang a __ _______

The Remington Corporation and the knives that they built have influenced the U.S. cutlery industry more than nearly any other manufacturer. From the time America was settled, to the end of WWI, American knife companies struggled to compete with Britain and German imports, but events that occurred during and after the First World War led to a great change in this phenomenon. Unprecedented opportunities arose, and Remington stepped up to seize the moment. In the process, they created some of today's most prized collectables. In an ironic twist, the next World War played the greatest role in ending the company’s domination of the industry.

Real-------No pattern # due to special order like most
promotion knives. should be in one of your books.
Remington did not put Pattern # on these.

Mr. B let someone else find a knife, you don't need all of ' um!!

Does that screwdriver look funky in hand, Mr. B?
The shield is obviously pinned, right?
What do you spose might cause a skid mark across the tang like that?

sheild should be pinned but i cant see
down IN the blade well to check.. screwdriver looks correct.
and that scar on the tang stamp IS odd.. its concave... almost
like ya drill bit danced away or got away ON it.
Curious lil fella for sure.. one thing for sure.
it has those STRONG STRONG springs like the oldie REMs.
