Seeking info on this buck creek

picked up this buck creek this morning, never seen one tangstamped "bear and bull" Here's some pics, any info is much appriciated.

I've not seen that on the tang before, but that appears to be a German made. They are now sold at Frost cutlery but I think they may be made in China now, because of the Frost link. BUT they are priced like a German made knife.

The standard Knife Collectors Guide by Ritchie and Stewart has a whole section on Buck Creek. Founded by Millard Burns, who passed away in 1980...it then became a Frost brand, as Hukk mentioned.
Any other discernible markings? Is that Cracked Ice, or maybe Imitation Pearl? Give me a little time and I'll see if I can match the pattern to some information.

If it's 3 5/8"... looks like it's on page 567 (4th Edition) as a 2 blade Congress (Sheep & Pen)...made between '79-'89.

thanks for the help guys. I wonder how "rare" this tang stamp is? the other stamps are "Soligen Germany" and "oil the joints" (I love seeing that on the tang of knives).

That was part of the regular production tang stamp for '79-'89, according to Ritchie and Stewart. Don't know production numbers.
