Truth be told, I have shown the knives at one time or another, but I found the steel interesting and wanted to give it more exposure here.
Challenge knives are hard enough to come by, the steel was a surprise.

Nice one K7K and MB Wow stagaliciousness... FRJ, That is the first Challenge steel that I have seen and assume that it's the same Co. now you have me on the look out for one... Oh and I'm really liking the ebony dogleg... Thanks for sharing

Thank you, reddirtknives. I don't imagine there's too many of those Challenge steels around, but I think you can probably find one.

Yes, thank you, that ebony dog leg IS the cats pajamas.
I liked it so much I posed it with other pictures; of my sweet little 32 auto, and some pictures of my dad up around Bonners Ferry, Idaho in '49 or '50 I guess.

I have a brother to that ebony jack. It's been a my EDC since MB traded it to me for something. I came out on that trade I think. ;)

I'll post some pics when I get my camera battery charged up.
