I really like it !!!!!____a good size to carry, just a tad over 4 inches and weighs only 2.2 oz.__fires open and holds a good edge**__ came sharp as a razor !!-- **it has S35vn steel blade and was a real test to sharpen the first time__after I got her sharp with diamond stones,it's pretty easy to keep her hair poppin' now, with a few licks on my ceramic rod !!!__________had a Protech Brend II,with 154CM steel blade, before this Newport ( tad smaller @ 3.70 inches) and liked it also !! The Protechs are very well made knives, but I advise ya' to use a little ""Loc-Tite"" on the pocket clip screws*** ::tu::

Had to look that one up.

The Cade or Juniper juniper ( Juniperus oxycedrus ) is a small tree or shrub common in coastal Mediterranean (from Morocco to Iran ), where he is one of the plants characteristic of scrub and scrub . Cones, fresh edible, are brown to orange. The tree is sometimes called Cedar biting , oxycèdre or Little Cedar and rarely Juniper oxycèdre

Tree up to 14 meters, but the dimensions are usually much smaller (1 to 2 meters, sometimes less). Cade juniper is the most common juniper Mediterranean, it occurs throughout the basin and the highlands and valleys of the Massif Central . He appreciates the desert, rocky, limestone or on acid, where it is frequently associated with soil oak and kermes oak .

Wood is the enemy of chainsaws by its hardness, and the wood is almost heart rot. The wood can be used in statuary we also made lintels and door plates or objects insect and moth repellent to slide in wardrobes.
He is also wanted in lathes for its pleasant smell and beauty its rings.

In farming, as fence posts, with the drawback of being very brittle.

I like the looks of that knife a lot and the grain in the handles is very appealing.

From the description of the wood, I exepcted either aromatic cedar aroma or juniper berries like gin.

Dropped this little Imperial jack in my left front pocket today....also have the Kershaw Knockout clipped on the rfp as usual...can't seem to leave home without that one!

These days my edc seems to have settled into either the Knockout or the Mini Grip clipped on the front right, and a traditional slippie in the front left, usually something carbon bladed.
