KA-BAR 61106LG.....need help with it's dollar value

The KA-BAR brand originated as a trademark of the Tidioute Cutlery Company. Tidioute was later taken over & renamed the Union Cutlery Company which continued making the brand until Union eventually adopted it as the company name in 1952. Cutco Corporation later acquired the company in 1996.

KA-BAR 61106LG.....need help with it's dollar value

Post by hokietiger »

Hi gang,

I have a Vintage KA-BAR 61106LG with a few issues.
It has two large cracks on the shield side scale and it has side to side blade wobble. It also does not lock tightly when fully opened.
Otherwise, it is very nice.

Any ideas on what it's worth??....Gonna keep it and was just wondering.

Thanks for any help!!

Mike
