Can someone ID this knife and steel sheath?

I purchased this a week or so ago. It looked very old to me so I bought it. It has been cleaned at sometime in the past. the sheath looks untouched. The leather has age and the steel sheath looks very old. I was thinking 100yr old or so. Can someone ID this for me. Here are some pics. Thanks Butter...
