If you mean cold stamp as in striking after the blade was hardened & tempered I don't think so.Might be a strike that was performed on a slightly uneven surface or maybe the die was worn a bit.Looks OK to me. I have one of those knives and I don't think the stamp is all that great on mine either.I'll have to check it out.
