help identifying a knife

I picked this knife up at a swap meet. I was wondering if anyone could identify what make it is. Also I don't know if it is old or just mistreated. I would like to learn to restore knives and thought this one would be a good one to learn on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Inexpensive 70s/80s tourist knife . origionally with acrylic / plastic handles and typically a bullfighter / matador or dragons depicted in it . sold in Mexico but of Asian origin . 10.00 up to 100 for a minty one is what i see them sell for. not many will restore them as the cost may exceed the worth . But , would be a fun afternoon project .

Thank you for your help. Could you identify another knife for me please? Also is this one worth restoring? The end pieces are missing and the main spring is broken.
