Queen City tang

Picked this queen up today,it is a lions club comparative knife,stamp looks to be mid 50's to 80's? On the reverse side of knife it dates 1940-1990. Did they use this stamp in the 90's to?

Queen used that tang stamp 1958-1960.

Jerry thanks for the help, I wonder if the lions club used a older knife for there camerative?
