Anyone seen a Camillus U.S. utility knife with Camo?

Post by rexstubbins »

Has anyone ever seen a Camillus U.S. utility knife with camouflage like this one? It is a 2002. I've only seen (and have had) all stainless.

The words vintage and antique are vague. Actually most words are vague. Even the word vague is vague.

I will , I will OOOh OOOh. rexstub I am not ashamed at all to say NO sir. I have not but it seems a lot smarter than shiny hot stainless... That is as long as you don't drop it in the sand.... Might want a lanyard on that one if your playing beach blanket bingo..........

Yours is the first I've seen. Doesn't it make you wonder if it's been modified?

I thought that at first. I've been searching the interweb and found this one that had sold on ebay recently:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Camillus-pocket ... 7675.l2557

Also the inside of the handles have the camo (although coming off a bit.) If it was modified someone either had to take it apart or do one hell of a mask job to get the camo on the inside.

The ebay listing says this is a Desert Storm knife but Desert Storm was 90-91.

Maybe they meant "Enduring Freedom". Is that what we're in now??

I thought it was Iraqi Freedom. That started in 2003.
