Need help dating knife!

Hello all,
I have been trying to gather a bit of information on a knife that I bought many years ago. I was told that this knife wasn't made until about 20 years ago but if my senile mind is correct I think it is closer to 30 years ago that I purchased it and it was old then....Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated. The blade is marked Bargeon Inox, it is a lock back with bolsters that are marked 12 on one side and 16 on the other (for removing stuck shotgun shells). It also has a cork screw, can opener and screw driver. The knife is tight as new condition but all blades have been sharpened at one point or another. Any help putting a time frame on this big fella and possibly a value would be welcome. Thanks in advance and God bless...cordell

Early 1950's continental Europe but probably not German. Think Switzerland, Belgian or further north.

INOX means stainless in French, which is one of 3 main languages spoken in Switzerland.

I believe it is French made for two reasons:The shape of the screwdriver blade and the shape of the can opener.I have several French made champagne knives that have the exact same style blades.Can't help with the date but I think it is early than the 1950's.
