Since not all Clauss knives were made by Case, I'd venture "No" as the answer.

As to whether those made by Case had Case pattern numbers, I will leave that to the more knowledgible.

This one says 65 on tang. My question, is Clauss valued the same or more as Case since it was made by case?

Hi. This is Clauss brand currently under new management. You can buy these at Lowe's Hardware Stores. I made the sheath myself. The photo shows their patented "Titanium" coated razor blade:

Mr. B;

Here is a photo of a Robeson marked 622026 two blade jack with an oval CLAUSS shield.

I strongly suspect it was not made by Case.

Wow cool Robeson/Clauss! I was told mine was a teardrop case. Was wondering if the value wouldd be the same as that style Case?

Welcome to AAPK! Nice old Victornox - first one marked Clauss I've seen. Respective to Clauss in general I think it's a relatively new one. There are a lot of posts about Clauss and pictures of older Clauss knives here. Here's a link to one thread viewtopic.php?f=35&t=22652&hilit=Clauss. Using the search capability can find more. ::tu::
