Dave,
Goins gives that Remington a date of 1924-33.
Does it have a extra wide nicklesilver back spring and NS liners?

Yes, its an old one, square bolster variation, looks to have full blades. Remington muskrats were hot sellers up til just recently. It was nothing out of the ordinary to see examples like you have pictured selling in the $125- $150 range.
