A big Hello from grommit
Hello All,
I've been active in custom knife making for about 4 years after I took the plunge restoring straight razors.
I have been mentored by another British maker Ian Bailey, who now I am in partnership with and have a website that is a few months old helping promote up and coming makers around the world.
My initial influences were the Loveless Style blades and then bushcraft knives, but now thanks to Ken Erickson and other top makers I have moved onto folders.
My next journey into knife making is getting to grips with hand forging and Damascus making.
I look forward to any criticism on my work and feel free to comment on any work on our website (if I am allowed to publicise it?)
I am due to go full time in October due to retirement from the Military so I relish the challenges ahead, especially here in the UK.
Thanks for looking.

Thank you so much all for the warm welcome.
Just got back from the workshop and 3/4 way through a 2 blade whitler.
So time for a shower and have a look on the forum.

Welcome and cool website! You have made some pretty sweet fixed blades.
Pocket, fixed, machete, axe, it's all good!
